Shipping and Refund Policy

We partner with rural women entrepreneurs and local producers in rural areas of Karnataka. As many products are handmade or prepared in small batches, shipping timelines may vary.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation.
  • Some products may require additional preparation time depending on production cycles.
  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Non-Metro / Rural Areas: 5–10 business days
  • Remote Locations: Up to 15 business days

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Logistics disruptions
  • Local production delays
  • Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns.

Multiple Shipments

As products may be sourced from different rural entrepreneurs, your order may arrive in multiple packages.

Delivery Responsibility

Customers must ensure:

  • Accurate shipping address
  • Availability to receive the package

Damaged Shipment

If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Customers must take photos immediately
  • Raise a replacement request within 24 hours
  • Refer to the Replacement Policy for further details.

No Refund on Delivered Orders

Once an order is successfully delivered, it is:

  • Not eligible for refund
  • Not eligible for return

Customers are encouraged to review product details carefully before purchase.

Refund for Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch Only)

Refunds will be issued only if:

  • The order is cancelled before dispatch, or
  • The order cannot be fulfilled due to product unavailability.

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Damaged Products

For damaged products:

  • Only replacement will be provided
  • Refunds will not be issued

Failed Transactions

If payment is deducted but order is not confirmed:

  • Refund will be processed automatically within 5–10 business days

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only if:

  • Cancellation request is raised within 12 hours of placing the order
  • The order has not been dispatched

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
