Replacement Policy

At SHE-TECH, we work with rural women entrepreneurs and small-scale producers to bring authentic local products to customers. Many of these products are handmade, locally produced, or food-based. To ensure fairness to both customers and our entrepreneurs, we follow a replacement-only policy.

No Return Policy

All purchases made on our platform are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Once a product is delivered, it cannot be returned for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preference (for food products)
  • Incorrect selection by the customer
  • Minor variations in packaging, colour, or handmade appearance

Replacement for Damaged Products

We offer replacement only if the product is damaged during delivery.

To request a replacement:

  • The request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging must be shared
  • The Order ID must be provided

Verification Process

Our team will review the submitted details and images. If the damage is verified as caused during delivery, we will arrange a replacement of the same product.

Replacement Conditions

  • Replacement will be provided only once per order item.
  • Replacement will be for the same product only, subject to availability.
  • If the product is unavailable, we may provide store credit or an equivalent product.

Food Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, food items cannot be returned. However, if the food product is damaged during transit, it will be eligible for replacement as per the policy above.

Handmade Product Variation

Products made by rural entrepreneurs may have minor variations in appearance, texture, colour, or packaging. These variations are natural and are not considered defects.
